Some people are born with an entrepreneurial spirit and that's me. Hi, my name is Katie and I got my real estate license in 2017. I am social media saavy, understand the importance of relationships, and am not afraid to think outside the box. I have been self employed since I was 18 and know what it takes to be a self starter and a go getter. I'm addicted to adding things to my resume and am constantly improving and adding to my skill set. 

Real estate is a powerful but intimidating tool. Whether I am helping a buyer or seller, or coaching a new agent; I strive to be a real human while explaining the real estate process and goal planning. I want to make it simple and fun and the goal is to always make a new friend in the end where we all feel empowered to break the cycle and become better at adulting one day at a time.

When I'm not working, I am traveling. I have been all over the world and have no plans on stopping. My goal is to renovate and live in an off grid cabin in the woods, while having enough financial and time freedom that I can escape to the beach or the desert whenever I want. I am a huge animal lover and have been involved in animal rescue for most of my life. I am a self proclaimed crazy cat lady (can you guess how many cats I have?) 

I am the Co-Founder and Colorado Lead for The Wonderland Team - a collective group of agents that believe we can go farther if we go together. True freedom is the freedom to live how you want and take care of yourself without the restriction of time and money. We're doing things different than any team before us.
