About The Wonderland

Hi! We’re Erin and Darin Glenn, leaders of The Wonderland Team. We are in the top 1% of Northern Colorado Realtors! Our team also services South Carolina and Georgia.

We love all that Colorado has to offer including hiking, biking, camping, and skiing. Our daughter’s (Lilyana is 9, Genevieve is 7) have a travel bug like us and love to travel internationally.  

We’re both college-educated and have continued taking courses in real estate to help our clients stay well-informed throughout their home selling or buying process. We are certified as negotiation experts, luxury home specialists and residential military specialists.  

Darin is a proud former Marine and is passionate about helping other veterans achieve home ownership.  

We’ve flipped houses, own 15 rental properties. Our area of specialty in the investment space is short-term rentals. We are passionate about helping people increase their wealth using real estate as the vehicle.  

We are financial freedom focused and over 50% of the way to our financial freedom goal (where the income from our investments cover our monthly financial need). We believe if we can teach people how to become financially free then they can live within their God given purpose.  

We believe in making an impact and leaving the world a better place. We support our church, Neighbor to Neighbor and Support the Girls with our philanthropic efforts.
