Raised on a dairy farm, Case developed a strong work ethic and deep respect for the land at an early age. That upbringing laid the foundation for a lifelong career rooted in agriculture. Today, he operates his own irrigated farming operation, producing alfalfa and corn, and runs a hay brokerage business that sources premium forage for dairy, feedlot, and equestrian clients. His hands-on involvement in production agriculture gives him a firsthand perspective on the challenges, opportunities, and practical realities that landowners and producers face every day.
With his background in dairy and forage production, Case has a unique edge when advising clients—whether evaluating soil health, understanding irrigation systems, or negotiating deals for income-producing properties. His experience in the feed market provides additional insight into livestock operations and what makes land truly valuable from a producer’s standpoint.
