Nobody should be making the largest financial decision of their life while guessing at the process.

Old Town Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Timnath, and Greeley feel completely different day to day, and photos won't tell you that. We'll figure out where you actually want to be before we start touring homes.

If you're selling, you want a fair price and a clean process. I'll price your home on real numbers rather than a flattering guess, tell you honestly what's worth fixing and what isn't, and market your home where the buyers in your range are actually looking.
