Whether selling or buying, it is one of the most important decisions of your life. Therefore, please know this about me so that you know who I am and so that I may guide you through those important decisions. Since my early years, I have traveled around the world, and this has prepared me to deal with many cultures as well as be able to define my character. I have been educated internationally in a multicultural, 100% bi-lingual environment (English & Spanish) on three continents, as well as practicing professionally, focusing on building businesses from the ground up with profound personal responsibility and applying well-defined principles. I have lived in the state of Colorado for over 30 years while traveling to and working on 3 continents for long periods of time. I raised my daughters in Evergreen, CO, and I am now residing at Bell Mountain Ranch in Castle Rock, CO. During these hard times, as businesses and services shift with a return to work, industry re-start, or growth, building from the ground up gives me the advantage of being uniquely suited for the real estate industry because I am equally comfortable and directly “hands-on” in both traditional and sophisticated negotiations.
