About Alison

My husband and I moved to Estes Park in the summer of 2008 from Long Island, New York. We moved pretty much on a whim, having never visited Estes Park before and leaving our kids in college on the East Coast. Moving to the Rocky Mountains was a life-changing experience and we have never regretted leaving the fast-paced life of New York.

I began my real estate career as a transaction coordinator in 2011. I got my license in 2016 and worked for a small independent real estate company before joining eXp Realty in 2020. In 2024, my daughter, Nicole, and I started The Inspired Living Team. I have over a dozen years of experience in the real estate industry. I am passionate about real estate and love helping people make life changing decisions when buying or selling a home in Estes Park. I know that is a privilege and I don’t take that lightly. 

I am also passionate about my family. We have two daughters who have given us three beautiful grandchildren. My granddaughters live in Estes Park and my grandson lives in Maryland. I love spending time with them and pouring into their lives. I also love hiking the Rocky Mountains and taking long walks with my standard poodle. I love living in this small mountain town with a huge sense of community. It is an amazing place to live and work and it is a privilege to help others so they, too, can experience life in Estes Park.

I currently serve as CAR Director on the Estes Valley Board of REALTORS® and as a member of the Professional Standards Committee. I am a Certified Mountain Area Specialist and hold the At Home With Diversity designation. I was named the 2022 Realtor of the Year.
